Reporting a problem
Tell us which screen you were using and what happened. Your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and steps to reproduce the problem can help. The app version is shown in My Library → About & privacy.
Before sending a screenshot, remove any private information. We do not need passwords, payment details, or advertising identifiers.
Common questions
Do I need an account or a subscription?
No. The first release includes eight free play guides. Banner advertising supports the app. There is no sign-in, subscription, or in-app purchase.
Can I read without an internet connection?
The articles, guides, glossary, and images included with the app are available offline. Official theater websites, other external links, and ads need a connection.
What does “Coming soon” mean?
That play does not have a reading guide in the current version. It is not a paid unlock. Future release dates have not been announced.
Where are my favorites stored?
Favorites are stored on your device. Open My Library to find them, or tap a heart again to remove an item. Use Delete all favorites in My Library to clear them. There is no account-based sync or guaranteed recovery after deleting the app.
How can I change advertising privacy choices?
Open My Library → About & privacy → Advertising privacy choices. This option appears when required by Google’s consent system. If the option cannot load, check your connection and try again. Your choices do not block access to the included reading content.
Can I buy tickets or check today’s performances?
The app is a reading and visiting companion. Use the official links in Visit to confirm current performances, opening hours, access arrangements, and ticket availability with the theater.
Corrections and image credits
Send the article, play, or theater name and describe the issue. If possible, include a reliable source link. For an image or rights concern, identify the image and where it appears. Sources and image credits are available alongside the content in the app.
